International Student Ministries of New Zealand recently appointed Mitchell Gingrich to serve as Christchurch City Leader. Having previously served in the role from 2010-2014, Mitchell is mentoring new leaders who are keen to advance the Gospel among international students in New Zealand.
ISM shares, "Mitchell's return to lead the Christchurch ISM Team is a significant answer to prayer. Our leadership invites others to pray for their success in communicating the Gospel among the internationals at our doorstep."
Assembling a team of volunteers for when international students will return to New Zealand universities is a priority for the Christchurch ISM Team. Internationally, New Zealand is regarded highly as a university destination, and that means international students are very likely to return in droves in the upcoming school years.
The ISM Christchurch City Leader's role also includes developing relationships where he can foster that interest among others and build them into a ministry team that will impact the nations at our doorstep.
Mitchell believes, "Together, we can do so much more than anyone of us could alone. Please consider how you can participate in this work of advancing the Gospel of the Kingdom among the internationals at our doorstep."
